At Spot, we strive to deliver quality products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is wrong

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Minor color or size variations due to display differences


🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To request a return, customers must:

  • Record a clear video while opening the package

  • The video must show:

    • The unopened package

    • The shipping label

    • The full unboxing process without cuts

⚠️ Return requests without a proper unboxing video will not be approved.

This policy helps prevent fraudulent claims and ensures fair service for all customers.


⏳ Return Time Frame

  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery

  • Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted


💰 Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after approval
